Can I refund my tickets?

No, once you purchase a lottery ticket, it is non-refundable. However, you will accumulate passive rewards called dividends for each ticket you own.

If I buy tickets in round 1, can I still win in round 2?

No, if you purchase a ticket in round 1, you will only be able to win the jackpot (or any other matching prizes) in round 1. To be eligible for each drawing, you must purchase a ticket before the end of each round.

Can the same number be selected twice in the same drawing?

No, the same number cannot be selected twice within one drawing.

Example: Your ticket cannot be 5-5-5-5-5-5, and the winning numbers cannot be 2-2-3-3-4-4. A number can only be selected once.

If nobody wins the jackpot, what happens?

The prize will roll over to the next round if there are no jackpot winners. This rollover process will continue until there is a jackpot winner.

What if multiple people win the Jackpot?

In the case that there is more than one winner for the Jackpot prize, the grand prize total will be split evenly among the winners. If there is a special giveaway within the lottery (such as an NFT), the product value will be split and rewarded rather than giving a special reward.

Example: If there are two winners of the Jackpot, the winners will split the USDT grand prize. If there is an NFT giveaway for the jackpot winner, the NFT will be sold, and the value of the NFT will be split among those winners.

Do ticket purchases cost gas fees?

Any time you purchase tickets, you will incur a gas fee. If you want multiple tickets, we recommend doing so within one transaction to reduce the gas used for purchase.

Because you are minting an NFT when creating a lottery ticket, gas fees will be more expensive than a normal transaction.

Gas fees are fees charged by the blockchain to send funds from one person/exchange to another; think of a gas fee as a shipping fee.

How are the Superlotto drawings selected?

When SuperLotto draws occur, it is entirely randomized, nobody selects the winning numbers or tickets. Instead, we use Chainlink VRF to do that, ensuring fairness and security of the draw for all.

"Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function) is a provably fair and verifiable random number generator (RNG) that enables smart contracts to access random values without compromising security or usability. For each request, Chainlink VRF generates one or more random values and cryptographic proof of how those values were determined."

Can I use any other currency to buy a Superlotto ticket?

USDT is currently the only offering to purchase a lottery ticket.

What currency are Dividends rewarded in?

Dividend rewards are given in USDT.

I bought a Superlotto ticket but didn't get any dividends (rewards); why?

When purchasing a lottery ticket, you will only get rewards in the drawing after your purchase. If you bought a ticket in round 1, you would not see dividends until round 2.

How do BuyBack Burns work?

When purchasing a lottery ticket, 30% of the ticket cost goes to the Treasury, and half goes to buyback burns. BuyBack Burns are done manually and will be done periodically once enough fees are generated.

Do my rewards reset?

Your rewards do not reset.

Why are my dividends lower than the last round?

Dividends are given based on two main factors, the number of tickets you own compared to others and the number of new tickets purchased. If your share of tickets is less than others or the ticket volume is lower, your dividends could decrease.

Example: In a case where 0 new tickets are bought, your dividends would be 0. Example: If you do not buy tickets for multiple rounds, your dividends could be dwarved compared to others, meaning a decimal amount of dividends.

I accidentally selected quick pick/wrong number/got the same numbers/etc.

When purchasing a ticket and selecting quick pick, the system will randomly generate a set of numbers; if the numbers are the same or close to the same, no refunds are given. We also cannot refund or change the numbers on the ticket if you select the wrong numbers.

What if I win?

If you win any rewards, they will automatically be sent to your wallet address. Only in the case that there are special addition/extra rewards within the lottery (NFT, Physical item, etc.) will you need to contact the team for manual disbursement and verification.

For example: If the lottery has an additional reward, such as an NFT or physical item, you have 7 days to contact the team for manual disbursement and verification, else you forfeit the extra reward. Your USDT reward, however, will automatically be sent to you and is not forfeited.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy?

No, you can purchase as many tickets as you want.

How long does each round last?

Each round lasts 24 hours; the lottery accumulates and draws until the jackpot is won.

If the jackpot is won, will a new game start automatically?

If the grand prize jackpot is won, a new game will start immediately after. However, any bonus funds or unique additions (NFTs, Physical items, etc.) will be added within 24-72 hours.

If the jackpot is won, do I still get dividends?

Yes, as long as you have lottery tickets in your wallet, you will continue to get dividends. Remember, however, that dividend value can fluctuate depending on how many tickets you hold compared to others and new ticket purchases.
